As Co-Founder of My Vet Copilot, Ryan leads strategic operations and claims domain strategy — translating insider VA procedures, rating criteria, and documentation workflows into intuitive platform features. He combines his first-hand experience inside the VA with real-world advocacy to ensure veterans receive transparent, effective, and compliant support.
Jamie served in the U.S. Army with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) as an Aircraft Structural Repairer. His military service instilled the discipline, mission focus, and commitment to fellow service members that drives My Vet Copilot today.
After the Army, Jamie built a 13+ year career in enterprise cloud architecture and site reliability engineering, serving as sole cloud architect on multi-million-dollar government engagements supporting mission-critical systems for over a million residents. He holds multiple certifications including AWS, Terraform, and Splunk, with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, security, and AI/ML platforms.
As CTO of My Vet Copilot, Jamie architects and builds the platform end-to-end — from the AI backend and veteran-focused knowledge systems to the frontend experience and cloud infrastructure. He combines his firsthand understanding of military service with enterprise-grade engineering to deliver technology that actually works for veterans navigating the VA system.
